Refunds and Exchanges

Please note we do not normally exchange or refund purchases because you changed your mind or chose the wrong colour or wrong product.

If you are unsure which colour to chose, we strongly recommend you visit one of our shops or stockists for assistance, or you use our Colour Match service for foundations. Colours viewed on a computer monitor will often look substantially different to the actual colour of the product.

If an item has a major problem, you can choose a refund or exchange. This is when the item:
• has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it;
• is unsafe;
• is significantly different from the sample or description; or
• doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.

If the problem is not major, we will endeavour to repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement.

We can only offer refunds, exchange, or repairs on products purchased from us. If you purchased your product from another supplier or retailer, please contact them directly.
